If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:  
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return:  
- Contact us at support@humakgroups.com with your order number and reason for return.  
- We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:  
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping:  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Non-returnable Items:  
- Personalized or hygiene products cannot be returned.
